This privacy policy describes how personal software services operated by Shaun Chander (the “Services”) collect, use, and protect your information. The Services are personal, non-commercial tools. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to make them work.

Information collected

When you sign in to a Service with Google, the Service receives basic profile information from your Google account:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture (if available)

The Services may also collect standard technical information such as log data (IP address, browser type, and timestamps) generated in the ordinary course of operating a web service.

How information is used

Information is used only to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Associate your account with your data within a Service
• Operate, maintain, and debug the Services

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. The Services do not serve ads.

Google user data

The Services’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing features of the Services, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.

Data storage and security

Data is stored with reputable hosting and database providers and protected by industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. Access is limited to the operator of the Services.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained only for as long as your account exists or as needed to operate the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing shaunchander@gmail.com, and it will be removed within a reasonable period.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) to function. These providers process data only on behalf of the Services and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Children's privacy

The Services are not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
